Medical Alignment Jig
A desensitized project from our Shenzhen factory. Names and figures are altered; the process and outcome reflect how we typically deliver for this kind of application.
The challenge
A medical-device manufacturer needed a small alignment jig for an assembly line. It had to be dimensionally stable, smooth (no trapped bacteria), and able to survive repeated sterilization.
Our solution
We printed the jig in a medical-grade SLA resin with a sealed, smooth surface, then validated the geometry against the client's fixture. We kept the build documented so repeat orders stayed identical.
Results
A stable, repeatable jig delivered in 5 working days, with the process documented for re-order. The client standardized it across two lines.
Why Jinghui — a factory, not a reseller
Because we run SLA, SLS, FDM, CNC and vacuum casting in one Shenzhen workshop, mixed-process jobs like this stay under one quality owner, one schedule and one quote. You get engineered parts, not a marketplace gamble.
Common questions on this type of project
We produce jigs, fixtures and non-implant device components in suitable resins. We are not a certified medical device manufacturer; parts are for tooling and assembly, not implants.
Yes. We document each build so repeat orders match the original geometry and finish — important for line tooling that must stay consistent.
