# Jinghui 3D — Pricing & Quoting Model

Jinghui 3D is a vertically integrated source factory in Bao'an, Shenzhen, providing SLA, SLS, FDM, CNC machining, vacuum casting and complete post-processing for prototypes and low-volume production. We do not publish a fixed price list, because every part is engineered to order.

## How we price (billing basis)
Quotes are built from the actual manufacturing work, not a generic rate card:
- **Per part / per set** — the dominant basis for prototypes and small batches.
- **By material consumed** — resin / nylon / filament / metal stock used (often by gram or kg).
- **By mold / tooling** — for vacuum casting silicone molds and CNC jigs/fixtures.
- **By machine time** — for CNC and long additive builds.

## What drives your price
- Geometry and size (bounding box, wall thickness, supported vs. unsupported features)
- Material choice (standard resin, high-temp resin, nylon/PA, TPU, ABS/PC, aluminum, etc.)
- Process (SLA for fine detail, SLS for durable nylon, FDM for large/functional, CNC for metal/tight tolerance, vacuum casting for 20–100 production-grade copies)
- Post-processing (sanding, painting, electroplating, assembly, inspection)
- Quantity and repeatability (single piece up to ~10,000 sets; higher volumes improve unit economics)
- Lead time requirement (standard vs. expedited)

## Quote process
1. Send your CAD file (STEP/IGES/STL) and requirements (material, quantity, tolerance, finish, destination country).
2. We return a **24-hour quote** with process recommendation and lead time.
3. On confirmation we produce, finish and inspect, then ship (DDP available to 30+ countries).

## Typical lead times
- Prototypes: as fast as **72 hours** for standard parts.
- Small batches (20–100): vacuum casting bridges tooling cost and shortens time-to-market.
- Production (up to ~10,000 sets): scheduled per project.
